Lance Weinard, Principal Broker at Soldera Properties Vibe Group Real Estate, commissioned me to develop a website for his real estate team, The Vibe Group Real Estate, which specializes in both residential and commercial real estate. As a top-producing agent at Soldera Properties, Lance envisioned a professional and modern online presence that encapsulates the mission of VIBE Group—Venture Into Building Equity.

To achieve this, I selected a contemporary design theme that aligns with his vision. The website is optimized for seamless performance across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Additionally, the project required IDX integration with the RMLS and WVMLS software, enabling a real-time data feed of the local real estate market.
